Intro to AR Part 2

New to the AR rifle? Want to better understand how the rifle operates and how to maintain it? On Target Shooting Sports designed this two part class to help you better know and use your AR pattern rifle.
Please note that this is an On Target Shooting Sports class. This class will not be taught at or by Citizens Safety Academy. CSA has a close working relationship with On Target. Several of our CSA instructors also work at On Target, including Ryan McCann, Tiffany Warner, and Chris Norville (who serves as the Director of Training at On Target). So, CSA occasionally posts On Target classes here. We highly recommend On Target’s courses, and we hope you enjoy training with Chris and his team!
The second part of the class will cover what the bullet does after it leaves the barrel. We will discuss the process of zeroing the rifle. We will cover some of the sighting options for the AR and how they work. Finally, we will go out on the range and work through the zeroing process.
There are no prerequisites to take this class. It is designed for people who have little or no experience with the AR or people who just want a refresher.
For AR part 2, bring your rifle and 20 to 50 rounds. If you do not own an AR, you can still attend and observe.
