The NRA CCW Instructor Certification Course teaches the knowledge, skills, and attitude required for firearms trainers to deliver the NRA's new CCW course curriculum and manage a firing line of basic concealed carry students.
The NRA CCW course is specifically designed for those who intend to carry a concealed handgun outside the home. The course covers concealed carry methods, drawing from a holster, defensive mindset, and much more.
The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting course is intended for all individuals, regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA-affiliation. This is the traditional, instructor-led course where students will receive direct instruction from an NRA-certified instructor from beginning to end. This course is also required to attend the NRA Pistol Shooting Instructor Course.
